Uses of Cannabis strains

Indica and Sativa Cannabis strains are plants and both of them are found in the genus Cannabis and their family is Cannabaceae. However, both of these plants have different characteristics and also are used differently.

Indica and Sativa Cannabis strains are plants with  very different botanical components and properties. The two different strains have different effects on the body of the consumer. The effects most of the time differ because of the composition of each strain. Indica are known for the production of a very high body heavy. They also reduce pain in the body and are consumed at night so as to help in the generation of sleep. Sativa is known for the stimulation of a head high in the body. They also reduce stress, depression and anxiety. It is consumed mainly during the day. It is highly recommended for one to be careful while consuming Indica and Sativa Cannabis strains because it might have long lasting effects which might not be good for one’s body. 

Uses 

 Indica and Sativa Cannabis strains have different uses on the body of the user. Both strains have different biochemical composition in them hence uses will differ from one strain to another. The THC levels in Indica are high which are used generally for relaxation of the body muscles. Sativa on the other hand is used as a stress reliever or reducing depression. It can also be used to increase one’s concentration in doing a certain task. It helps them focus in their activities.  

In conclusion, Indica and Sativa Cannabis strains may react differently in one’s body. It’s advised that one should get enough information about each of them before starting to consume it. This is because it might have severe effects like prolonged headache to some consumers.
